What a year it’s been for United Landmark Associates! Our travels have taken us all over the map from Miami, Sarasota, St. Pete and Palm Beach to Colorado, Southern California, New York and beyond, as our team attended conferences, workshops, meetings and industry events to gain greater insights into the ever-changing marketplace.

Some of the projects we were involved with this year range from a resort-style community in the heart of Texas Hill Country to the luxurious EDITION residences in Tampa, Florida.
Throughout 2019, we guided our clients to incredible success and took on an array of challenges that has further established our 30+ year reputation as a leading real estate marketing agency.
The experts here at ULA have continuously and effectively provided materials and insights for our clients during every step of the campaign cycle. We incorporated an impressive suite of real estate digital marketing services as well, from strategic PPC and paid social campaigns to digital content development and design.
Sales Gallery Openings
The experts at United Landmark Associates contributed to the debuts and redesigns of several client sales galleries throughout the year, which is one of our specialties as a marketing agency that specializes in real estate.
Auteur Sarasota – Auteur’s luxury condominium residences were envisioned by Ascentia Development Group, and present future residents with “front row seats on Sarasota Bay.” Auteur debuted its stylish sales gallery on Palm Avenue earlier this year, showcasing a cutting-edge sales application, premium scale model and much more.
Hosted by Michael Saunders & Company’s real estate team, this sales gallery is also an ideal venue for Auteur’s VIP events and open house presentations.
Westhaven – United Landmark Associates fully repositioned Southern Land Company’s master-planned community in Nashville, including designing their new sales gallery from the ground up. The gallery is anticipated to open in 2020.
Hyde Park House – Kolter Urban’s hotly anticipated 21-story condominium tower overlooking Hillsborough Bay opened its new high-end sales gallery at the corner of Platt Street & Bayshore Boulevard. The sales gallery – hosted by Tampa Bay’s renowned Smith & Associates Real Estate – features an innovative virtual tour of the building and impressive displays that bring the views and residences to life.
Saltaire – The all-new Kolter Urban development in downtown St. Pete opened the doors of its state-of-the-art Beach Drive gallery this fall, encouraging prospective purchasers to come in for a preview of the city’s most sophisticated new address. Saltaire’s sales gallery is also hosted by Smith & Associates Real Estate.
Elysee Miami – Two Roads Development launched its new waterfront sales gallery for the 57-story Elysee tower with a private VIP luncheon and glitzy party attended by top Douglas Elliman brokers and famed Parisian designer Jean-Louis Deniot, respectively.
The sales gallery is run by Douglas Elliman and housed in Two Roads’ newly opened Biscayne Beach Miami project, showcasing an illuminated scale model, full model bathroom and a terrace with stunning waterfront views.
Forté – Two Roads also opened the doors of its sales gallery for Forté, a 24-story luxury tower overlooking West Palm Beach. United Landmark Associates was proud to create and launch the brand for this beautiful tower, which will feature a limited collection of only 38 residences.
Luxury Condo Construction Milestones
Many of our prestigious clients also experienced important construction milestones this year, which United Landmark Associates proudly supported.
- Southern Land Company’s stunning condominium tower, “The Laurel,” broke ground and commenced construction in Center City Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square.
- Westhaven, the master-planned Nashville community from Southern Land Company, also opened an all-new model village for future and prospective residents to explore.
- Elysee’s luxury tower from Two Roads Development broke ground and continued soaring to completion on Biscayne Bay. In fact, it recently topped out at a striking 57 stories.
- The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota by Kolter Urban celebrated its momentous topping out on the downtown Sarasota waterfront in November 2019, and excitement is rapidly building for this luxurious new tower that will be move-in ready by the end of 2020.
- Virage Bayshore, a luxury condo tower from Ascentia Development Group, topped out in May 2019. The stunning tower overlooks Tampa’s prestigious Bayshore Boulevard and is anticipating move-in during early 2020.
Real Estate Website Launches
As a leading digital marketing agency for real estate developers, United Landmark Associates has launched several stunning, fully optimized client websites this year, from strategy and initial creative design to programming and deployment.
Westhaven – Southern Land Company’s premier residential community launched its sleek new site earlier this year. In conjunction with the site launch, ULA also created a “Westhaven Life” lifestyle guide to serve as an additional lead generation tool.
Elysee Miami – Discover where “The New Miami Lives” with Elysee’s elevated, ULA-designed website. The site showcases the tiered residences, sweeping views and full suite of amenities future residents will soon enjoy.
Hyde Park House – 21 stories of luxury residences, unparalleled amenities and walkable Hyde Park Village lifestyle come to life in one impressive digital package. Modern luxury has officially arrived in historic Hyde Park.
Saltaire – Explore St. Pete’s second-tallest building in just a few clicks on this newly launched site, which displays breathtaking, animated artist’s renderings alongside details about downtown’s most sophisticated new address.
Vantage St. Pete – The agency reimagined and relaunched the website for Vantage’s luxury lofts in St. Pete’s Edge District, including establishing a new brand color palette and brand voice that is executed throughout the website.
Habitat for Humanity – ULA was honored to work with Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity on a pro bono basis, volunteering the agency’s time and expertise to redesign and relaunch their website.
