The team at United Landmark collaborated with client Kolter in strategically marketing ONE St. Petersburg, a 41-story luxury condominium tower soaring over downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Now complete in the heart of the city, ONE presents a new vision for contemporary urban living on one landmark city block. ULA developed the advertising campaign for the iconic address, including the new hotel, restaurants and shops, capitalizing on the endless views in every direction.
