DESCRIPTION
United Landmark Associates is a leader in luxury real estate and lifestyle marketing, creating award-winning brands and comprehensive campaigns for high-profile development companies and lifestyle brands. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic planning within our client portfolio, and work cross-functionally to develop marketing and advertising budgets and campaigns that generate awareness, traffic and leads.
The candidate must have prior agency project management, brand management, strategic digital and traditional planning experience. They must also be highly professional, organized, detail-oriented, efficient, able to manage multiple tasks and “wear many hats,” and possess superior written and verbal communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage strategic and campaign planning processing for assigned clients, including research, analytics, competitive analyses, collaboration with team members, development of traditional and digital strategy to generate traffic and leads, and creation of budgets, media plans and timelines
- Actively participate in communication and collaboration with the Project Management team as well as internal agency departments, providing effective strategic direction, creative direction, and clear deadlines to facilitate timely and accurate completion of assigned initiatives
- Effectively oversee ongoing management and implementation of clients’ marketing plans, including communication of plans, digital tactics, and analytics, priorities and overall servicing of projects’ needs
- Work within deadlines and prioritize clients’ needs based on approved / recommended strategy, timelines and budgets, as well as communicate and follow up on assignments with internal team
- Utilize the agency’s online workflow management system to track initiatives for assigned clients in order to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
- Guide development, presentation, implementation and management of strategic, integrated solutions for clients
- Work with other Project Management team members for the purposes of education, enrichment and mentoring; Work with Project Management Interns to ensure they are acquiring new skills and benefiting from the program
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or Communications
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand or advertising agency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategy and tactics, with an emphasis on digital
- Spreadsheet and budgeting capability
- A team player and strong leader, with experience managing direct reports
- Excellent written and communication skills
