DESCRIPTION
United Landmark Associates is a leader in luxury real estate and lifestyle marketing, creating award-winning brands and comprehensive campaigns for highly visible development companies and luxury brands. We are seeking an experienced senior-level Account Director to oversee the Account Service/Project Management department. The Account Director will also oversee the implementation of annual/quarterly strategic planning and handle all aspects of client marketing and advertising plans working directly with the Agency management team.
Candidate must have Agency account management, brand management, strategic traditional and digital planning experience, and must be highly professional, organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and direct reports, and have superior written and verbal communication skills to join our team in redefining advertising in a digital age.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or English
- 7+ years’ experience working at an advertising, public relations or in-house agency
- Management experience of Account Services/Project Management
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
- A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Proven skills or experience in sales can be helpful
- Time-management, organization, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
RESPONSIBILITITES
- Ownership of Project Management department, including the establishment of processes/procedures, onboarding/training of new team members
- Build a strong relationship with Clients to understand and provide solution-based strategies to achieve Client sales and marketing goals
- Effectively handle ongoing management and implementation of clients marketing plans, including communication of plans and priorities, and overall servicing of projects needs
- Lead communication and collaboration with Project Management team as well as internal Agency departments, providing effective strategic direction, creative direction, and clear deadlines to facilitate timely and accurate completion of assigned initiatives
- Work within deadlines and effectively prioritize clients’ needs based on approved / recommended strategy, timelines, and budgets, as well as communicate and follow up on assignments with internal team
- Utilize the Agency’s online workflow management system to track initiatives for assigned clients in order to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
- Guide development, presentation, implementation and management of strategic, integrated solutions for clients
- Work with Project Management team members for the purposes of education, enrichment, and mentoring; Work with Account Service Interns to ensure they are acquiring new skills and benefiting from the program
- Work with Agency management to establish and evolve processes that will support the Project Management team, and lead the onboarding of new clients and projects
