ULA’s Favorite Networking Groups

United Landmark Associates is devoted to the community in which we live, work and play, and we are fortunate that Tampa Bay is a hub of opportunities for business and professional networking. Here are just a few of our favorite groups:

Urban Land Institute – ULI is nonprofit research and education organization founded in 1936. The real estate industry forum represents a variety of disciplines working in private enterprise and public service. Members grow professionally and personally through mentoring and collaboration with this group topping more than 40,000 members worldwide

Tampa Bay Builders Association– The mission of TBBA is to build a better community by fulfilling America’s dream of home ownership. TBBA works to provide important services to the building industry in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties through its members with a relationship in all facets of the building industry. Created in 1946, the group is affiliated with the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Centre Club – Located on the 8th and top floors of the parking building for the Urban Centre at Kennedy and Westshore Boulevards in downtown Tampa, The Centre Club is a private hub networking, enriching programs, events and activities for Tampa Bay business professionals and community leaders.

Tampa Downtown Partnership – Formed in 1987, TDP is a private, not-for-profit corporation formed out of a desire to foster a diverse downtown neighborhood in which to live, work and play. The mission of TDP is to be the steward for downtown Tampa, while elevating the potential of the area’s physical, social and economic development.

Leadership Tampa Bay – This non-profit forum for regional progress, awareness and education is governed by an independent board of directors who live and work right here in our Tampa Bay community. Funded by tuition and sponsorships, all of the resources raised through Leadership Tampa Bay fund programs for class members and alumni. ULA’s very own Vice President of Business Development and Strategy Loran Tripp Jarrett was President of LTB’s Class of 2016.

Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce – Founded in 1928 with roots in the Tampa Bay community since 1885, the accredited organization is recognized by business, government, education and community leaders. The Chamber works to serve their members and enhance the community by building business success to enrich the economy and lifestyle of the entire community.
