Latitude Margaritaville brings ‘no worries’ vibe to active adult living
Earlier this year, United Landmark Associates’ client Minto Communities, in partnership with the Margaritaville brand, launched an exciting community concept called Latitude Margaritaville; active adult living inspired by the legendary music and lifestyle of singer, songwriter and best-selling author, Jimmy Buffett.
ULA is providing comprehensive services in launching this innovative concept, including brand and campaign development, sales center design and programming, website creation, television commercials and much more. Initial communications efforts for Latitude Margaritaville have been an unprecedented success, receiving more than 65,000 online registrations in just a few months.
Fans of the popular Margaritaville brand have helped the launch generate great excitement, with the news spreading on social media, and national visibility through prominent news and entertainment programs and magazines.
The first Latitude Margaritaville community was announced in February in the heart of the celebrated town of Daytona Beach, Florida.
The tropical community broke ground in late March, ushering in an exciting reality for ‘55-and-better’ homebuyers looking for a tropical setting of recreation and relaxation, with walkable neighborhoods of world-class homes, and planned amenities including a Town Center and private beach club along the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. The Latitude Margaritaville, Daytona Beach Sales Center is slated to open in Fall 2017, with model homes opening in early 2018.
In late May, Minto announced that Hilton Head, South Carolina will be home to a second location of their new Latitude Margaritaville active adult residential communities. The over 2,500-acre site sits at the scenic gateway to Hilton Head, one of the nation’s most popular coastal destinations. The Latitude Margaritaville, Hilton Head Sales Center opening is slated for early 2018.
