United Landmark Associates, a full-service marketing and advertising firm, is seeking an experienced senior-level account manager to oversee strategic planning and to handle all aspects of client marketing & advertising plans. Candidates must have Agency account management, brand management and strategic planning experience, must be highly professional, organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and have superior written and verbal communication skills.

Qualified candidates must be able to:

  • Manage the strategic planning process, including research, analytics, competitive analyses, collaboration with team members, and development of tactics, corresponding timelines and budgets.
  • Effectively handle ongoing management and implementation of clients’ marketing plans, including communication of plans and priorities and overall servicing of accounts’ needs
  • Work within deadlines and effectively prioritize clients’ needs as well as communicate and follow-up on assignments for internal team
  • Demonstrate experience with both “traditional and non-traditional” marketing services, including web-based interactive, digital and social media outreach programs.
  • Client portfolio primarily consists of new residential real estate developments. Real estate or resort market experience is a plus.

United Landmark Associates is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to join our team. If you’re passionate about marketing & advertising and looking for growth opportunities in the field, this may be the job for you!

The Account Coordinator works with the account management team to support communication and follow-up with assigned clients as well as to initiate new client assignments on a daily basis. The position requires good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adapt to situations, and an enthusiastic and self-motivated personality.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Account Coordinator will support multiple accounts and may serve as a primary daily contact on specific accounts as necessary.

  • Daily internal trafficking of specific job direction
  • Communication with internal creative & production teams as necessary
  • Overall servicing of accounts’ daily needs & communication with client
  • Working within deadlines and effectively prioritizing clients’ needs

Specific tasks include:

  • Scheduling and attending regular meetings
  • Drafting & distributing agendas prior to meetings
  • Drafting & distributing conference reports following meetings
  • Initiating all new jobs & trafficking detailed direction and information to appropriate departments internally
  • Managing all active jobs, obtaining client approvals/feedback as necessary, and following up with internal team in order to meet deadlines
  • Tracking all assigned clients’ jobs and distributing client status reports on a weekly basis
  • Regular communication with assigned clients and internal team as necessary

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required
  • 2 years experience in advertising, marketing or related field
  • Experience working with external clients/customers in an office environment
  • Web and social media proficiency
  • Experience using MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with different people and work styles
  • Basic presentation skills

United Landmark Associates, a full-service marketing and advertising firm, is seeking an experienced web programmer and designer.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate:

  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience with building websites with a variety of Content Management Systems
  • Experience in hand-coding XHTML pages
  • Extensive knowledge of CSS
  • Understanding of MySQL databases
  • Understanding of domain transfers, hosting accounts, and DNS settings
  • Commercial development experience
  • Basic knowledge of GIT and Version Control Software

Responsibilities will include:

  • Using the latest web standards such as HTML5 and CSS to convert static design into a graceful user experience
  • Creating and executing strong design concepts and developing design layouts for a variety of creative projects using Flash, PHP, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Designing concepts for websites, landing pages, and e-blasts (email marketing)
  • Executing those designs into a coded environment such as WordPress, HTML with CSS & PHP
  • Making sure that not only does the site look great on your desktop, but also translates
    onto a mobile device, including tablets
  • Ability to design and program for a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS)

Knowledge of minor PHP and Flash is a plus (mainly for flash banner ad campaigns).

United Landmark Associates is looking for a talented junior graphic designer who is eager to develop their skills. As a junior graphic designer, you will work closely with senior creative staff on a range of creative campaigns and marketing projects. You will be responsible for helping carry out creative direction on new campaigns, maintain current marketing collateral as well as upkeep digital elements.

Employment Classification: Freelance with possibility of a permanent position

Salary: $15/hr

Skills Required: A junior designer needs a wide range of design and creative capabilities. These include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design
  • 0-1 year of agency or related experience
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • An understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of responsive design and web design
  • Internet savvy / Knowledge of social media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve

From time-to-time a junior designer may need to work hours that aren’t typical, so a flexible approach is needed to get the best from the job.

Other: Communication is a big part of the job, so the junior designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process. Keeping a finger on the pulse of current trends is also key when moving towards promotion and recognition.

The Traffic & Media Assistant would support both Agency’s Production and Media Departments in order to 1.) Prioritize the Agency’s overall daily workflow utilizing the online trafficking system, and 2.) Streamline execution of approved media campaigns for various broadcast, digital and print media outlets.

Duties include:

  • Daily trafficking of assignments through the Agency; Tracking priority deadlines and alerting Agency management when deadlines are in jeopardy
  • Issuing Purchase Orders to Vendors
  • Updating traffic report based on input from Agency management
  • Sending insertion orders to various media outlets based on approved media authorizations
  • Following up and confirming media outlets’ receipt of insertion orders as well as receipt of creative materials upon deadline
  • Opening approved media jobs utilizing the Agency’s online trafficking system
  • Confirming specifications and trafficking jobs to Account Management for direction
  • Researching new markets and media opportunities as directed and as time allows
  • Assist in pulling Client tear sheets and keeping Agency’s media files organized
  • Provide additional organizational support as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in an Agency environment with working knowledge of trafficking process
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, thorough, accurate
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment and work well under pressure of constant deadlines
  • Committed to working in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, most notably Excel
