In his 30 years as President of ULA, Don has seen a multitude of market shifts and prides himself on his clients’ success, even during the most challenging market conditions. Don has extensive knowledge in a wide variety of industries and has always been a hands-on leader, directing innovative, sales-generating strategies for clients in the marine, real estate and aviation industries. Prior to forming ULA, Don held various positions with a well-known New York Stock Exchange Company, and served as a Vice President, diligently earning his stripes in every aspect of financing, development, marketing and sales. Seeing an opportunity to serve the unique needs of companies in the luxury brand segment, Don founded United Landmark Associates in 1984. The firm quickly established a reputation for delivering landmark results to a prestigious list of clients located throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Loran Tripp Jarrett, Vice President Business Development and Strategy, focuses her efforts on Content Marketing, Public Relations , Social Media and New Business Development for the agency. With over 10 years experience in the industry, she also assists online client strategies and ensures web best practices are being utilized. Recently voted one of the 2014 Top Five Favorite PR/Marketing Practitioners by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Loran holds her Masters Degree from the University of Tampa and undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Real Estate from Florida State University.

Sally Suarez, Operations / Production Manager, manages the fast-paced, deadline-oriented operations behind the scenes at United Landmark Associates. Sally coordinates and directs the production process, turning creative conceptual designs into exceptional finished products, and ensuring timely delivery of all clients’ materials. Sally oversees assignments in every aspect, including the design, fabrication and installation of sales and marketing centers, and the delivery of high-quality broadcast, digital and print advertising campaigns, direct marketing and print collateral materials, and video and web-based projects. Sally works with the ULA team as well as a vast group of external suppliers, vendors, and creative resources to coordinate assignments. Sally’s extensive experience includes management positions with several advertising agencies in New York and the Caribbean, as well as managing her own graphic arts studio.

Jenny Hart, Administration, has been a long-time ULA team member and has worked with the Agency in various roles, including leading Account Management, Strategy Development, Campaign Implementation and Operational Training. Jenny’s continued focus is administration of the Agency’s Account team to balance and prioritize assignments as well as to guide Agency policies and procedures. Jenny brings more than 20 years of advertising, marketing and public relations experience to the ULA team. Prior to joining ULA, Jenny spent time working with non-profit organizations while earning her degree from the University of Florida, and subsequently worked in marketing Raymond James Bank, a subsidiary of Raymond James Financial.

Linda Altman, Vice President – Creative Services, oversees operations of the Art and Design department, helping to guide a comprehensive creative process from initial concept design through final printing and production. A talented designer herself, Linda participates in the creation of campaign materials while managing a team of top graphic designers, art directors, illustrators and production artists. Linda joined the ULA team in 1995 and has been an integral part of the team for many years. Her ability to manage deadlines and priorities as well as project budgets while maintaining a campaign’s quality and integrity has contributed to the creation of award-winning materials and successful campaigns for countless clients throughout the years.

Karri Morrison, Group Account Manager, has over 10 years of experience helping clients to implement strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives that help to “move the dial” and achieve customer goals and objectives. She is experienced in strategic planning, digital marketing and traditional marketing. Karri has worked in retail, non-profit and real estate sectors, and also has experience on the client side, which helps her understand the needs of her clients. Allison Rosoff, Group Brand Director, oversees all aspects of clients’ marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns, from initial strategy development and budgeting, to communication with the creative team on conceptual campaigns, through final implementation and measurement. Allison works with her clients as well as the ULA team to effectively prioritize clients’ needs while managing deadlines and budgets. Campaigns and projects she has administered have been recognized by a number of advertising and trade associations. In addition to her advertising agency experience, Allison has expertise in real estate marketing that she garnered with homebuilding companies and associations in Florida and Michigan. Danielle Jones, Account Manager, produces tactical marketing strategies that drive sales success for real estate clients. A graduate of the University of Tampa, she has more than 10 years of project management and property management experience for companies like UBS Global Real Estate, Crescent Communities, Greystar and Restoration Hardware. Danielle participated in the conversion of the Crescent Bayshore to 2bayshore – from construction and occupancy fulfillment to re-branding and sale of the iconic property. Sarah Rodriguez, Account Manager, is responsible for client communications, day-to-day internal trafficking of agency assignments, and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Event Management from University of Central Florida, with minors in both marketing and hospitality. Prior to joining ULA, the Fort Lauderdale native garnered industry experience with clients in south Florida and Philadelphia. Kyla Ross, Assistant Account Manager, manages the day-to-day activities associated with clients’ marketing campaigns. In addition, she is responsible for oversight, deployment and analysis of United Landmark’s diverse social media efforts. Kyla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of South Florida. She is driven by a commitment for client service, a passion for the real estate industry, and works tirelessly to see campaigns come to life. Barbara Lynch, Client Media Director, develops media strategies and oversees media placements for United Landmark Associates’ clients. Barbara diligently researches highly-targeted and cost-effective placement opportunities in all aspects of media outreach, including digital, mobile, web, social, print, broadcast and outdoor. Barbara analyzes consumer trends and works with a strong base of local and national media networks in order to develop the best media mix to generate the highest level of awareness while negotiating the best rates to work within clients’ budgets. Barbara started her advertising career in New York where her clients ranged from luxury products to travel, including the Waldorf-Astoria, as well as Fortune 500 companies, including Glaxo-Smith Kline. Barbara has worked in Florida for the past eleven years, and has played an instrumental role in designing plans for high-profile clients. In addition to her advertising experience, Barbara obtained her real estate license while marketing local residential projects.

Heather Blocker, Administrative Officer, is responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business at United Landmark Associates. Jaqueline Smith, Senior Designer, contributes her deep experience to creating visual solutions for traditional advertising, branding, website design, photography retouching and digital marketing. She began her career in St. Louis, ultimately serving in many of the city’s leading ad agencies, before moving to the Tampa Bay area 16 years ago. In addition to earning a reputation for design excellence for both large and small marketing efforts, she is dedicated to staying at the forefront of advanced tools and technologies in the ever-evolving world of communications. Jaqueline received her design training in the Show Me State and is a life-long fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Irene Rodnizki, Senior Art Director, artistically and graphically interprets a client’s positioning theme. She designs and produces advertising campaign materials, as well as a variety of collateral materials such as brochures, newsletters and more. Irene brings 25 years of experience in art direction and graphic design to United Landmark Associates. She served as Art Director for three Florida advertising agencies, as well as the JC Penney Company in New York. She was responsible for art direction on a broad range of accounts from travel and tourism to real estate, corporate and financial, and the beverage industry. An award-winning artist, Irene graduated with top honors from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology.
Charssi DeVore, Senior Designer, is responsible for implementing and creating United Landmark Associates’ client concepts for branding campaigns, website content and marketing materials. As a creative professional, Charssi operates with a high standard of planning and organizational skills that balance work, team support, and professional responsibilities in a timely manner. A graduate of The Art Institute of Tampa, earning her bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Charssi continues her passion for design through client campaigns and has a strong ability to evaluate problems and provide an appropriate solution that meets the needs of the client with a high level of efficiency.
Jeremy Moses, Designer & Programmer, is responsible for overseeing successful implementation of United Landmark Associates design projects. He works with the ULA team to develop effective campaigns from initial graphic concepts, to complete artwork and layouts, as well as final programming and maintenance of all web-based campaigns. Jeremy has a passion for solving marketing challenges using a strong branding approach and bold design solutions. In his position at ULA, he creates identity systems, print collateral, websites, and online promotions. A graduate of the Art Institute of Tampa, Jeremy has kept abreast of the rapidly-evolving developments in digital media while serving the design needs of companies in a wide range of industries. His dedication to intelligent visual communications enables clients to stand out from the competition in today’s competitive marketplace.
Cameron Dilley, Creative Director / Copywriter, brings extensive experience, originality and effective creative solutions to the United Landmark Associates team. His contributions have earned the agency multiple awards, including numerous EXCEL Awards and ADDYs. More importantly, Cameron successfully creates highly-targeted and powerful campaigns that engage our clients’ audiences and compel them to act. Cameron oversees the creative process and works with the team to ensure the proper vision in carried through the entire campaign. Prior to joining ULA, Cameron was Director of Creative Services for Xposure Group, a Tampa-based marketing, PR and investor relations firm, and had run his own award-winning creative services and consulting firm, cameron dilley/creative since 1994. Cameron launched his career in marketing in 1981 at Louis Benito Advertising (now Fahlgren), where he worked on a variety of local and national brands and rose from copywriter to VP/Associate Creative Director.
Dave Wilson, Chief Marketing Officer, has more than 35 years of experience in a range of marketing disciplines. In addition to providing strategic and creative direction for a number of Florida’s largest and most celebrated real estate developments, he has contributed to the success of leading luxury brands and top tourism, telecommunications and financial services companies. Dave earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida.

Angela Rodriguez, Senior Account Manager, brings over seven years of experience in marketing and sales to her role at ULA. After graduating with honors from of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Angela became a long-term Tampa Bay resident, where she has excelled in roles from marketing support and coordination, to strategy and project management in both digital and traditional formats for various firms. Her social media proficiency led her to start her own firm specializing in social media marketing service, training and support for small business entrepreneurs. Nannette Villalobos, Assistant Account Manager, organizes client projects and requests ensuring timely delivery for ongoing campaigns. She has over 20 years of agency and client side experience, in marketing, multi-cultural planning, social, traditional and digital media buying/planning. Nannette earned a Bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Sacred Heart in San Juan, P.R. Prior to joining ULA, she developed and managed a variety of media plans for leading e-commerce clients through custom digital ad campaigns for clients like Walmart, CVS and Sams.com properties.
